Description
Swiss Chard microgreens are incredibly rich in vitamins K, A, and C. They are also full of protein, dietary fiber, and antioxidants. A good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, and betalain. Betalin pigments have repeatedly been shown to support activity within the body’s detoxification process, activating and processing unwanted toxic substances. Betalians are not heat-stable, though, so longer cooking times can decrease their presence. Microgreens are best when eaten raw.
